here's some of my sonas if you want to hear about them and how they relate to me

species: robot

gender: referred to as "he", but his line of robots have no defining gendered features

age: hundreds of years old, most of which were spent with him powered off

personality: aloof, very curious about the world around him. he is kind and tries to avoid confrontation

trivia:

  • started off as just a minecraft skin in 2021 but it took me until 2022 to write lore and make his own design
  • has a slime rancher AU with his friend Voxel
  • only one of the Ataris, aka one of my characters that share the same name
  • one of the sonas i consider to be closest to myself irl, probably on par with Dog but not as close as Saivo
  • voice sounds similar to the turrets in portal
  • his line of robots do not require clothing and have their own constant output of heat (similar to body heat), but Atari chooses to wear a scarf and shirt anyway
  • originally Atari wasn't a robot and was a human that had their mind uploaded into one. after expanding his story further i realized that it would be better for him to have been a robot from the start; though i may bring back the original concept for a different character

  • i made him as a roblox character and the next day i drew my first drawing of him. he was made 10/15/21
  • name is pronounced like "caf" in "decaf"
  • currently in college while working as a barista part time
  • lives in a dorm with his boyfriend, Cake
  • i'm not as connected to him as a representation of me per se, but he is important to me for the fact that i have a lot of art of him by my friends
  • he always wears glasses. he's also near-sighted like me
